This is a part time(3-4 days /week) Medical Receptionist position located in Rockingham, WA 6168. As a Medical Receptionist at South Coast Gynaecology, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the practice.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing the practice's calendar
- Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating electronic medical records
- Assisting with outpatient and Eclipse billing and insurance-related tasks
- Performing general administrative duties to support the medical team

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a specialist medical practice (Ideally surgical related)
- Proficiency in using Genie software (>2 year experience)




- Minimum of 3+ years experience as a medical receptionist +/-secretarial experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, clinicians, and colleagues
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate patient records
- A friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanour to provide a positive patient experience
- Australian work rights and reliable transport are required for this position
