Southern Area Manager (RN/EN) – Lead Our Southern SDA & SIL Services

Location: Southern Adelaide, SA

Employment Type: 38 hours per week (Full-Time or Casual by negotiation)

At Personal Support Australia (PSA) , we are committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred disability supports. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our leadership team as our Southern Area Manager .

This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes across Adelaide's southern suburbs. You’ll lead a dedicated team, maintain high clinical standards, and ensure our participants receive the quality of care they deserve.

About the Role

As Southern Area Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day oversight of multiple SIL and SDA homes, providing strong clinical leadership while supporting House Supervisors and Support Workers to deliver secure, high‑quality services.

This position is 38 hours per week , with flexibility to discuss full‑time employment or a casual arrangement for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support multiple SIL and SDA homes across the southern region.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and support staff.
- Ensure participant supports are delivered in line with care plans and best practice.
- Maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and PSA policies.
- Conduct regular quality audits, staff supervision and competency reviews.




- Support participant transitions, complex clinical care and stakeholder engagement.
- Investigate incidents and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Foster a positive, accountable and supportive team culture.

Essential Criteria

- Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) with current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience .
- Previous experience within disability, community, aged care or complex care settings.
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- National Police Clearance.
- Working with Children Check.
- Current Driver's Licence.
