Sales Representative – North West Melbourne (Construction)

Responsibilities

- Work Monday to Friday in a full field‑based role, visiting 15+ customers daily across the designated territory.
- Maintain and grow an established customer base.
- Actively seek current business opportunities.
- Build strong working relationships and rapport with customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to respond to customer inquiries.
- Work towards sales and customer KPIs.

Requirements

- Full driver’s licence.
- Passion for sales, resilient and results‑driven.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build long‑term relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously, highly organised and self‑motivated.
- Willingness to learn, desire to succeed and build a sales career.
