Smokemart & Gift Box – Store Manager

About the Role

Responsible for running day‑to‑day operations of the store and ensuring it is customer‑focused, productive and cost‑effective. As the leader for the store, you will maintain high operational and organizational standards, train and coach team members, and create a pleasant environment for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and effective functioning
- Motivate the team to meet sales objectives through training and mentoring
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed
- Hire, train, develop and oversee new staff members




- Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
- Drive customer‑service excellence, handling queries and complaints professionally

Requirements

- Proven ability to manage and lead within a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent organisational, time‑management and multitasking skills
- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Happy, friendly and energetic personality
- Strong desire to deliver high‑quality customer service
- Current or valid police check, or willingness to obtain one if successful
