Regional Workforce Management (RWM) seeks an Assistant Site Manager to support day-to-day operations and onsite personnel in Cootamundra. This permanent full time role focuses on fostering positive relationships and ensuring smooth site activity.
You will assist with staff mobilisation, PALM worker coordination, transport, welfare and training while upholding WHS practices. Monday–Friday, with a strong emphasis on safety and team coaching.
