We are looking for a skilled Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant to join our team as a committed long‑term member. This permanent full‑time role is based at our Townsville Branch and requires someone who can learn quickly and step confidently into the position.
Monday - Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm | Onsite
About the role
As our Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Customer service – Assist with enquiries by phone, email and trade counter
- General sales activities – Prepare quotes, invoice accurately and processing orders
- Pick, packing, inventory maintenance
- Warehouse organisation and cleanliness
About you: The successful applicate will have:
- Minimum 2 yeas customer service experience (sales included)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Reliable and strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- MUST HAVE - Current Driver Licence and Forklift Licence (essential)
