Moving what matters relies on a fleet that's clean, safe and ready to go. Our Shepparton workshop keeps our tanker and trailers in top condition, and we're looking for an experienced Heavy Vehicle Trailer Mechanic to join our small, tight-knit team for an immediate start. Standard hours are 7am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, but we're open to discussing flexible start/finish times or part-time arrangements for the right person.
What you'll do
· Service and repair Farm Milk Collection and food-grade tankers
· Overhaul trailer suspension and axle systems
· Inspect tanker interiors (training provided)
· Handle minor electrical repairs (lighting, EBS, overfill protection)
· Join the after-hours breakdown roster (optional additional earning, not a fixed requirement)
What you'll bring
· Current trade certificate
· BPW, SAF or Hendrickson suspension experience
· EBS exposure; OEM training highly regarded
· Solid safety focus and attention to detail
· Autonomous, proactive problem-solver
What you'll get
· Package $100k plus, including base rate, super, penalties and workshop allowances,
with overtime on top for those who want to make more
· Standard 7am–4:30pm roster, Monday to Friday, with weekends free
· Optional after-hours callout roster for those who want extra earning
· Weekly pay + tool allowance
· OEM training, upskilling and licence support
· Uniforms and PPE supplied
