Early Childhood Educator – Trainee

Explore & Develop North Richmond is seeking an enthusiastic trainee educator with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality education and care to our community.

You will work with a team of dedicated educators to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS).

Essential attributes of this role:

- Ability to communicate appropriately with families whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Learning about record keeping, compliance and programming
- Ensure the safety & wellbeing of all stakeholders (children, educators and families)
- Commitment to ongoing learning and self-development,

- Genuine enthusiasm and passion for the profession
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to high quality care
- Demonstrate highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with children, families and colleagues

Essential Qualifications:

- Willingness to Undertaking certificate 3 in Children’s Services
- Current APPROVED Working With Children Check
