Position Details:

- Location: Ravenhall, VIC

- Schedule: Monday to Friday

- Training: Comprehensive training provided

This role is vital to our daily operations and the ongoing success of our newly established business. It presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to become a valued member of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Entering consignment details into the Transport Management System (TMS)

- General data entry and manifesting

- Booking Distribution Centre (DC) timeslots

- Running reports and extracting data using programs such as Manhattan & Transmate

· Liaising with allocators and drivers
- Managing customer inquiries via email and phone

- Scanning and organising documents





- Ensuring chain of responsibility compliance for all drivers and trucks

- Finalising freight deliveries

- Manifesting

- Customer Liaising

Essential Criteria:

- Proven experience in operations or administration within the transport industry

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Understanding of transport operational procedures

- Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment

- High attention to detail

- Excellent problem-solving and research skills

- Robust organisational and time management capabilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
