This is a vital role at the heart of our transport operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of of our staff, vehicles, drivers, and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and schedule transport routes for our staff and driver assignments
- Liaise with our staff, drivers, customers, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries
- Monitor rostering and scheduling operations and respond to issues in real time
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports for compliance and analysis
- Assist with administrative duties including data entry, invoicing, and reporting
- Support our managers with day-to-day operational tasks

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in transport scheduling, logistics, or fleet operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills




- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and transport management systems (TMS experience a plus)
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a customer-focused approach
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in transport scheduling, logistics, or fleet operations is required
- Australian work rights are required for this position
