Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Transport Manager to lead transport operations, oversee fleet performance, optimise delivery networks, and drive operational efficiencies across the business. This position will suit a highly organised logistics professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

? Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Transport Manager, Logistics Manager, Fleet Manager, or similar leadership role
- Proven experience managing transport fleets and delivery operations
- Strong background in route optimisation and transport planning
- Sound understanding of transport regulations, compliance requirements, and safety legislation
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing drivers, transport coordinators, and operational teams
- Experience monitoring transport KPIs, costs, utilisation, and performance metrics
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Experience using fleet management, transport management, and logistics software systems
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills




- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities

Highly Regarded:

- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- Experience within manufacturing, building products, construction materials, or similar industries
- Knowledge of lean logistics principles and continuous improvement methodologies
