Saltbush Social Enterprises in Darwin is seeking a compassionate Social and Emotional Wellbeing Worker to join our Indigenous Skills and Employment Program (ISEP).

You will provide strengths-based, culturally responsive and trauma-informed support to participants facing a range of personal and social challenges, working with Mentors, Employment Consultants and external service providers to assess, plan, refer and deliver therapeutic support to improve wellbeing and employment outcomes.
