We have some exciting opportunities for an experienced All-round Operator and Truck Driver to join our team based in Tom Price, Mid West Region, Paraburdoo, Pannawonica, and Geraldton.

What you will be working on

All-round Operators- Hourly Rate $56.00 p/h - $60.00 p/h: You will be responsible for performing ground works and operating heavy machinery such as tippers, skid steers, rollers, loaders, graders, and excavators to carry out civil and bulk earthworks using on-site materials. This includes tasks such as site clearing, constructing access roads and windows, as well as completing both detailed and large-scale earthworks.

Trucker Drivers (Waste & Water) - Hourly Rate $46.00 p/h - $50.00 p/h: You will be responsible for the safe collection, transportation, and disposal of bulk controlled waste. The role involves operating heavy vehicles and equipment in a safe and productive manner, including rigid trucks, prime movers, tanker trailers, and skid-mounted potable water pods.

The Waste Truck

Operator must also ensure all vehicles and equipment are cleaned, maintained, and secured in accordance with relevant legislation, company policies, and operational procedures.

What type of Person will be successful – All Round Operator

- You will have experience working with Tippers, Rollers, Graders, Loaders and Excavators

- Nationally accredited tickets





- Construction Industry White Card

- Minimum Heavy Rigid (HR) driver’s license

- Proven experience in civil construction, earthworks and building maintenance in mining.

- Operate in a safe manner in a production mining environment

- Min one year relevant working experience

What type of Person will be successful – Truck Driver

- Minimum Heavy Rigid (HR) driver’s license

- Required to provide a National Police Clearance Certificate (with the last 6 months)

- Satisfactory completion of a pre – employment medical assessment

- Demonstrated safe, professional and productive behavior

- Customer service focus with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Experience operating a Skip Truck would be highly regarded

- Min one year relevant working experience
