Fence Hire Australia is a family-owned business with over 20 years supplying temporary fencing to construction sites and events across South East Queensland. We're not a labour-hire churn operation — we invest in our crew and promote from within. Our Stapylton depot services jobs from Brisbane to the Gold Coast and everywhere between.

About the role

This is a permanent, full time position with a genuine 50/50 split between driving and installing — you're not stuck behind the wheel all day, and you're not on the tools all day either. A typical day starts at the depot: load and restrain your truck, run your delivery and install schedule, and lead a small crew on site.

What you'll do

- Deliver, install and dismantle temporary fencing on construction sites and event venues
- Load and unload at the depot, with loads restrained to standard
- Complete daily pre-start checks and keep your truck clean and roadworthy
- Lead a small crew on site and deal directly with customers
- Knock over site paperwork, photos, dockets and stock counts same-day — no take-home admin





What you'll need

- MR (or above) manual truck licence with a clean driving record
- Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)
- Fitness for physical outdoor work, with your own hi-vis and steel caps
- Reliability — steady casual hours go to the people who turn up
- Fencing or labouring experience is well regarded, but we train the right attitude

What you'll get

- $35/hr + super to start — around $69k a year before super — with a documented path to $36/hr for proven performers
