We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Trust and Safety Operations Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support trust and safety operations, review user activities, identify potential risks, and help maintain a safe and reliable platform environment.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Review and investigate user reports, content, and activities based on safety guidelines.
? Identify potential risks, policy violations, and suspicious behaviors.
? Analyze cases and provide accurate decisions and recommendations.
? Support trust and safety operations and improve review processes.
? Prepare reports and maintain accurate case documentation.
? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve safety-related issues.
? Stay updated on safety policies, procedures, and industry trends.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
?? Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.
? Applicants must hold one of the following:
- Australian Citizen
- Australian Permanent Resident
- Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights
