Qualifications & Experience
- VBA Plumbing Registration
- VBA Type A Gas Appliance Servicing Licence (Preferred)
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Working Rights
- White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct gas safety compliance checks in accordance with Victorian Residential Tenancies Regulations
- Service and test domestic Type A gas appliances
- Perform carbon monoxide spillage tests and negative pressure testing
- Identify non-compliant installations and provide accurate onsite quotations for rectification works
- Complete digital reports and certificates using our mobile application
- Liaise with our estimating team regarding required rectification works
- Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, landlords and property managers
