Finance Coordinator

South Gippsland Hospital (SGH) is a public rural health service providing integrated acute hospital and community care services. Care is delivered in the hospital and within our Community Health Centre, Banksia Centre, and in clients' homes across the region. In partnership with the doctors of Foster Medical Centre, SGH supports the health and wellbeing of the Corner Inlet communities.

SGH is seeking a motivated Finance Coordinator to join our team. The Finance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the Finance team collectively support the Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer to maintain accurate financial and accounting records, across the whole organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Tertiary Accountancy qualification - eg Bachelor of Business and/or Accounting




- Previous experience in a finance or accounting leadership role (preferred)
- Previous experience in health setting
- Experience in computerised debtors, creditors, general ledger, bank reconciliations, management reports,
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
