We're seeking an experienced Sales & Events Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth and shape the future of our events portfolio.

You'll provide strategic leadership across the sales function, overseeing revenue growth, client relationships, team development and the successful delivery of exceptional events. Working closely with our operations teams, you'll ensure every client journey is seamless from enquiry through to execution.

About You

You're a commercially minded leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven ability to deliver results.

- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, venue or hotel sales.
- A track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM or event management systems (IVVY preferred).

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing Sales & Events team.




- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth across corporate events, weddings, conferences and private functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, government organisations and industry partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow key accounts.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from enquiry through to event handover.
- Work closely with venue operations to ensure a seamless transition from sale to execution.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends and conversion metrics to continually improve business outcomes.
- Review pricing strategies, event packages and commercial opportunities to maximise revenue.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards throughout every stage of the client experience.
- Represent Fraser's professionally within the hospitality and events industry.
