We're looking for a detail-driven and proactive eCommerce Coordinator to join our eCommerce team at our Pyrmont Head Office.

In this role, you'll help deliver an exceptional online shopping experience across our eCommerce and Marketplace sites. From onsite merchandising and campaign execution to product uploads, site search optimisation and reporting, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers can easily discover, shop and enjoy our products online.

Working closely with our Marketing, Buying, Customer Experience and Logistics teams, you'll help bring campaigns to life, optimise the customer journey, and contribute to the continued growth of one of Australia's leading retail brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain product collections, category pages and onsite merchandising updates
- Upload and manage products, promotions, pricing and content across our eCommerce and Marketplace sites
- Optimise site search, navigation and product discoverability
- Conduct regular QA testing to ensure a seamless customer experience across the website
- Monitor site content, product information and customer-facing pages for accuracy
- Support campaign launches by coordinating assets, testing and go-live activities
- Analyse website performance and prepare weekly trade reports and insights
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Buying, Customer Experience, Logistics and external partners to deliver best-in-class online experiences

About You

- 1–3 years' experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising or online retail
- Hands-on experience using Shopify or a similar eCommerce platform




- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Confident working with data, reporting and Microsoft Excel
- Experience coordinating website content, promotions and product information
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A passion for retail, customer experience and digital commerce
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or a related discipline is highly regarded
