Our client is embarking on a major Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) transformation and is seeking an experienced Braze Tech Lead to lead the end-to-end implementation and scaling of their enterprise customer engagement capability.

This is a hands‑on technical leadership role where you'll shape the platform architecture, integrations, governance, and engineering standards while working closely with marketing, digital, data, and technology teams.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Braze Customer Engagement Platform.
- Design solution architecture across application, data, integration, and cloud layers.
- Define customer data models and event-driven integration strategies.
- Build and oversee API integrations with enterprise platforms.
- Configure and customise the Braze platform to meet business requirements.
- Establish technical governance, development standards, and best practices.
- Support campaign enablement, personalisation, and customer journey capabilities.
- Lead migration activities from legacy marketing automation platforms.
- Work closely with product owners, marketers, architects, and engineering teams.




- Mentor developers and engineers while providing technical leadership throughout delivery.

About You

You’ll be an experienced MarTech technical leader with robust solution architecture and integration expertise.

You’ll ideally have:

- Hands‑on implementation experience with Braze.
- Braze Certification (highly regarded).
- Experience leading enterprise‑scale Customer Engagement Platform or Marketing Automation implementations.
- Strong API integration experience (REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks).
- Experience integrating CRM, CDP, data warehouse, and customer data platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer identity, event tracking, and data architecture.
- Experience working with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
- Knowledge of customer journey orchestration and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical leadership skills.
