What You'll Do

- Lead Aurecon's digital and AI agenda across the Water and Environment market, turning strategy into impactful client outcomes.
- Partner with clients and project teams to embed digital, data, automation and AI solutions across the asset lifecycle.
- Shape major pursuits and strategic engagements by delivering innovative digital solutions that differentiate Aurecon in the market.
- Drive adoption of digital tools and ways of working that improve project outcomes, efficiency and connected delivery.
- Build market capability, trusted client relationships and new digital service offerings that accelerate growth and innovation.

What You'll Bring





- Water and/or Environment sector experience, with a strong understanding of industry challenges, opportunities and emerging trends.
- Proven success applying digital, data, automation and AI to deliver better outcomes for clients, projects and communities.
- Credibility with senior clients and stakeholders, with the ability to influence strategy and shape innovative solutions.
- Experience leading digital transformation, innovation or technology-enabled change within complex engineering or infrastructure environments.
- Solid commercial, leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for innovation and building scalable, future‑focused solutions.
