We're looking for a Design Director who wants more than another leadership role. This is an opportunity to help build the agency, influence its direction, establish its creative identity and play a key role in winning and delivering outstanding work.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be a founding member of the leadership team, working across creative strategy, client engagement, new business and design delivery.

You'll have the freedom to shape how the studio operates while building a team and culture around you.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the creative direction and design output across branding, campaigns, digital and environmental design.
- Develop brand identities and creative solutions for clients across property, retail and hospitality.
- Partner with the Managing Director on new business opportunities, pitch strategy and creative presentations.
- Present ideas confidently to senior stakeholders, developers, retailers and hospitality clients.
- Establish and maintain exceptional creative standards across all client work.
- Recruit,



mentor and develop the design team as the business grows.
- Contribute to the long-term vision, culture and success of the studio.

About You

You'll be an experienced Design Director or senior Creative Director who enjoys building as much as creating.

You'll bring

- Proven experience leading creative teams within a branding, design or integrated agency.
- Strong experience working with property, retail and/or hospitality brands.
- A track record of contributing to successful new business pitches and winning client work.
- Outstanding branding, visual identity and creative thinking capabilities.
- Confidence presenting work and building trusted client relationships.
- A collaborative, down-to-earth leadership style with no ego or politics.
- A genuine desire to help build something from the ground up rather than inherit an existing structure.
