We are seeking a Part‑time (Term‑time) Library Assistant.

About the role

- Support student engagement by maintaining a warm, welcoming library space.
- Facilitate community engagement in library services.
- Work on a permanent part‑time basis (term‑time only), 22.5 hours per week, commencing Term 3, 2026.

Salary and benefits

- Above‑Award salary of $31.33 per hour.

What we are looking for

- Current positive Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and working knowledge of the Dewey Decimal System.
- Demonstrated library, administration or customer service experience and commitment to professional development.
- Enthusiastic, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Oliver library software desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and common library/education software.
