What You’ll Be Doing

- Undertake the O’Brien® Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program
- Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards
- Perform ADAS windscreen re‑calibrations
- Carry out glass chip repairs




- Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and timely manner
- Represent the O’Brien® brand with pride and reliability

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in the Automotive Industry (highly regarded)
- Manual driver’s licence (highly regarded)
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
- Solid work ethic and desire for a long‑term career
- Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting company products
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
