Down to Earth Pty Ltd is seeking reliable Horticulture Farm Workers in Northcliffe, WA. Casual positions with approx. 30 hours/week, starting September 2026 for ~9 months. On-the-job training provided, with potential progression to Level 2 under the Horticulture Award 2020.

Wages align with the Horticulture Award 2020; Level 1 from $32.18/hr and Level 2 from $33.05/hr after three months' experience, plus penalties and superannuation.
