What you’ll be doing

- Help people with disability build confidence, independence, and greater choice in their everyday lives.
- Create meaningful relationships while supporting participants to achieve their individual goals at home and in the community.
- Work as part of a supportive team across up-to-date SDA shared support services or provide more individualised support within SIL homes.
- Respond to each person's unique needs with empathy, flexibility, and a person-centred approach that promotes dignity and independence.
