About This Role
As a General Services Assistant, you'll provide essential operational support that helps deliver high-quality patient care. From transporting patients and maintaining cleaning standards to supporting food services, you'll work as part of a dedicated team to ensure a secure, efficient and welcoming healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport patients safely throughout the facility and assist nursing staff with basic patient care.
- Maintain high standards of cleaning, hygiene and infection prevention across clinical areas.
- Deliver quality food services while meeting food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support a safe hospital environment through waste management, linen services and general operational duties.

Skills & Experience
- Experience or knowledge of cleaning, food safety and infection control practices.
- Ability to safely perform patient handling, manual handling and transport duties.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to respectful, confidential customer service.
- A team player who is adaptable, reliable and committed to workplace safety and quality.
