Role Description

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding user needs, translating ideas into functional interfaces, and creating seamless user journeys that enhance usability and customer satisfaction.

This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key responsibilities include

- Design user-centered interfaces for web, mobile, and cross-platform applications.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify user needs and design opportunities.
- Develop intuitive navigation structures and interaction patterns that improve the overall user experience.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements and user feedback into practical and visually appealing design solutions.
- Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and demonstrate user interactions.
- Ensure designs follow accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and usability best practices.
- Review implemented designs to maintain visual consistency and design quality.
- Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and testing results to continuously improve the user experience.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and product strategy discussions with creative design ideas.




- Prepare design specifications and assets for development teams.
- Maintain consistency across products while supporting overall brand identity.
- Stay up to date with emerging UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interface designs.
- Knowledge of responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and interpret user feedback.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, high-quality designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.
- Commitment to creating accessible, inclusive, and engaging digital experiences.
- Professional attitude with excellent organizational and time management skills.
