You will work alongside safety professionals to help drive compliance, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Some of your work may include:

- Assist with safety inspections and audits.
- Support incident reporting and investigation activities.
- Contribute to risk assessments and hazard management.
- Assist with safety training and awareness programs.
- Support health and safety reporting and documentation.
- Work on initiatives that promote a positive safety culture. Program locations Northparkes Operations,

Operations, NSW A major gold operation near West Wyalong, with open pit and processing all on one site, the operational diversity is ideal for uplifting careers.

- Studying work health and safety, occupational health, science or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated interest in workplace safety and risk management.
- A solid problem‑solver with analytical thinking skills.
- A confident communicator and team player.
