- Routine Inspections
- Open houses (both mid-week and Saturday - Saturday hours in attract time in lieu)
- Communicate with prospective renters.
- Make follow-up calls to potential renters after property inspections.
- Review and process rental applications.
- Organise and plan the weekly schedule for open for inspections.
- Screen applicants by reviewing applications, performing background checks, and verifying references.
- Use Property Tree and other systems
ROLE 2 - Senior Property Manager
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive property management support to our team of Property Managers
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of residential properties, including renter inquiries, rental payments, maintenance coordination and inspections
- Conducting property viewings and liaising with prospective and current renters
- Preparing and processing leases, condition reports and other property management documentation
- Maintaining detailed and accurate property and renter records
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in residential property management and/or leasing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant property management legislation
- Proficient in using property management software and databases
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and achieving positive outcomes for rental providers and renters.
