Fancy Hank’s Group is looking for a Venue Supervisor to join the team at Good Heavens , one of Melbourne’s favourite rooftop cocktail bars.

About Us Fancy Hank’s Group operates three iconic Melbourne venues:

- Fancy Hank’s – a long-standing BBQ institution
- Good Heavens – a vibrant rooftop cocktail bar in the heart of the CBD
- Springrock – a modern pub with live music and great food

Valuable Heavens is known for its fun, energetic atmosphere, quality cocktails, and memorable guest experiences. This role is based primarily at Good Heavens , where you'll help lead a passionate front-of-house team in one of Melbourne’s busiest and most exciting rooftop venues. About The Role As a Venue Supervisor , you will:





- Lead the team during service and set the standard on the floor
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards
- Coach, train, and support front-of-house team members
- Assist with the day-to-day operations and smooth running of the venue
- Work closely with the management team to build a positive culture and high-performing team
- Be hands-on during busy services, leading by example and creating a great atmosphere for both guests and staff

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or leadership role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A positive, proactive, and hands-on approach
- Experience in high-volume bars, pubs is highly regarded
- A passion for creating outstanding guest experiences
- Current RSA Certificate
- Full Australian working rights
