We are looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you will help create a welcoming and professional experience while supporting our veterinary team with day-to-day administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and their pets
- Answering phones and booking appointments
- Managing patient records and data entry
- Processing payments and invoices
- Assisting with general administrative tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
About You
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Veterinary or reception experience is an advantage, but not essential
