About the role

We are seeking an experienced Volkswagen/Audi Technician to join our growing team. As a Volkswagen/Audi Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality standards that our customers expect and trust.

The best part? Every Friday off. That's right, long weekend, every weekend!

Key responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid top-ups, and tyre rotations on Volkswagen and Audi vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment and technical expertise
- Repair and replace components such as brakes, suspension, engine parts, and transmission systems
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Execute repairs according to manufacturer specifications and workshop standards
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work completed




- Ensure workshop safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure productive workflow and timely job completion

What we're looking for

- Qualified Volkswagen/Audi Technician
- Volkswagen/Audi Dealership/Specialists workshop experience
- Substantial experience specifically working on Volkswagen and Audi vehicles
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and computer-based service systems
- Strong knowledge of engine management systems, electrical systems, and modern vehicle technology
- Ability to read and interpret technical service manuals and wiring diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's licence and ability to conduct test drives
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer interaction
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to health and safety protocols
- Physical fitness to perform the demands of the role, including working in various positions and lifting heavy components
- Experience with diagnostic software such as VAG-COM or equivalent Volkswagen Group diagnostic tools is essential.
