Become a Girl Guide Leader at Palmerston We are Australia’s leading volunteer organisation for girls and young women. Our mission is to empower girls and young women to discover their potential as leaders of their world. Role As a Volunteer Leader, you will be involved in developing and delivering fun, creative activities for girls in a safe and friendly workplace.

Leaders become part of the Girl Guide Unit. Units are grouped by age from 5 onwards. You will receive training and support throughout your volunteer journey. You will be part of a global organisation of over 10 million women and girls.

Responsibilities - Develop and deliver engaging activities for girls in a safe environment.

- Become part of the local Girl Guide Unit and collaborate with other volunteers.




- Participate in training and ongoing support provided by the organization.

Requirements - 18+ years old - Ability to participate in training and work with girls and young women - Commitment to the safety and well-being of participants Age requirements 18+ years old Skills - Support Services: Counselling, Psychology, Social Support - Childcare, Youth and Family Services - Marketing, Media and Communications, Fundraising, and Events - Leadership - Education, Training, Mentoring and Coaching (including sports)
