A leading company in the industrial sector, is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse 2IC to join their team based in Caringbah.

This role plays a crucial part in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and assisting the Warehouse Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

As the Warehouse 2IC, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of inventory, overseeing stock movement, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met and maintained.

You will work closely with warehouse team to foster a productive and cooperative work workplace.

Ideal candidates will have previous warehouse experience in a supervisory capacity, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team when required.

Key responsibilities include:





- Supporting daily warehouse operations
- Receiving, pick and pack and dispatching of goods
- Operation of new forklift
- Assisting in inventory control and management to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborating with other departments to facilitate logistics and operational effectiveness
- General warehouse duties

Requirements:

- Current forklift licence and drivers licence - Essential
- Be reliable and hard working
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills - Intermediate
- Provide 2 referees

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Salary: $70-75K + Super
