Warehouse Team Leader

Derrimut VIC | Permanent Opportunity Our client is a nationally recognised logistics and warehousing company currently seeking an experienced Inbound Warehouse Team Leader to join their growing operation in Derrimut.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can lead from the front, manage daily warehouse operations and support a high-performing team within a fast-paced environment.

Shift Times

Rotating shifts across:

- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 8:00am – 4:00pm

Flexibility to work overtime when required will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead warehouse staff across daily inbound operations
- Coordinate workflow to meet operational deadlines and KPIs
- Ensure secure loading, unloading and stock handling practices
- Support team performance, productivity and workplace culture
- Assist with onboarding and training of warehouse staff
- Communicate effectively with management and operations teams
- Maintain strong workplace health & safety standards

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2–5 years’ experience as a Team Leader or Leading Hand within warehousing/logistics
- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
- LO Licence highly regarded but not essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable attitude with flexibility to work overtime when required
