About the Role:

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead Ultrial's warehouse operations, labelling and packaging operations, inventory management, facility management and compliance with approved GMP/GDP procedures. This is a pivotal, primarily on-site leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management of clinical trial materials (CTM), ensuring every item—from ambient to cold chain—is stored, expertly packaged, tracked, and handled with clinical precision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regulated Warehouse Operations: Lead day-to-day receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory activities for clinical trial materials and pharmaceutical products in accordance with approved procedures.
- Inventory Integrity: Design and manage rigorous inventory control systems, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and real-time tracking of CTM.
- Packaging & Labelling Oversight: Manage the secondary packaging and clinical labelling operations, ensuring all materials are blinded, kitted, and packed according to strict project-specific protocols.
- Facility & Cold Chain Management: Oversee daily warehouse activities, including the pre-conditioning and configuration of passive cold chain shippers to maintain thermal integrity during transit.
- Order Fulfillment: Lead the pick-and-pack process for clinical kits, ensuring accuracy in labelling and dispatch according to project specifications.
- GMP/GDP Compliance: Maintain a "state of inspection readiness" by ensuring all storage, packaging, and handling procedures strictly follow GMP (PIC/S) and GDP standards.
- Quality Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Assurance to investigate deviations, implement CAPAs, manage change controls and maintain accurate operational records.
- Team Leadership: Support the recruitment, training and supervision of warehouse and packaging personnel as operations expand.
- Resource Optimization:



Manage warehouse equipment, consumables, and space allocation to maximize efficiency and support increasing project volumes.

Essential Experience and Skills:

- Mandatory: Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in warehouse, inventory or operations within a regulated environment.

Preferred: Clinical trial supply, pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing, warehousing or distribution experience. Also Considered: Healthcare, medical-product, food manufacturing or regulated food warehousing experience involving GMP, GDP, HACCP, cold-chain or comparable quality-controlled processes.

Experience limited to general retail, e-commerce or non-regulated warehousing will not be sufficient.

- Technical Knowledge: Proven expertise in passive Cold Chain management and using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience in pharmaceutical packaging or clinical kitting is highly regarded.
- Academic Background: A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
