Servicing Midland and the surrounding areas, as well as Perth and regional WA, they have developed a strong reputation for providing high‑quality tyre products & services across a range of industries including transport, fleet, mining, industrial & agricultural sectors.
Due to ongoing business growth, the company is seeking an experienced Counter Salesperson with experience in the tyre industry and a sound knowledge of tyre sizing and applications. This role has a strong focus on providing the right advice and exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.
Responsibilities
- Quoting tyres and rims
- Diagnosing tyre problems and wear
- Providing the right advice to clients
- Following up on works in progress
- Communicating effectively within the sales team and with the workshop
- Providing high‑quality customer care in a professionally presented environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 12‑month experience in the Tyre Industry
- A current manual driver's licence (not essential but would be beneficial)
- Must be able to work on Saturdays
- Ideally, 2 years of experience in a counter sales role or equivalent
- Sound knowledge of tyres and tyre/wheel sizing and alignment basics
- Great attitude to customers and other staff members
- Self‑motivated for career advance within the company
- Tidy, well presented and organised
