About the Role

We are seeking a Recruitment & Mobilisation Officer to join our vibrant and professional Welshpool branch as part of our Energy & Resources team, who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work autonomously in a full‑time capacity.

As a Recruitment & Mobilisation Officer, you'll join a high-performing, close-knit team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment where no two days are the same. This is an exciting opportunity to build your skills in the Mining & Resources sector, gain exposure to multiple sites and disciplines, and make a real impact by connecting quality talent with our major mining partners.

This role is a 38hr week, Monday - Friday located in Welshpool.

Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage high-volume blue-collar recruitment for shutdown and project work across Western Australia.
- Source, attract, and pipeline candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Maintain talent pools to support current and future workforce requirements.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and mobilisation activities.
- Maintain mobilisation trackers and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Verify licences, tickets, qualifications, and other compliance documentation.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including medicals and Drug & Alcohol testing.




- Deliver a professional and positive candidate and employee experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Provide recruitment and mobilisation administration support.
- Assist with ad hoc projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational activities as required.

Skills and Experience

- 2+ years experience within Recruitment & Mobilisation
- Competent in use of MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and engage confidently with candidates, employees, clients, and stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate, with the ability to take initiative and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong computer and administration skills
- MyPass / Page Up / Fast Track System Exposure (Advantageous)
- Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing demands, and manage multiple recruitment and mobilisation activities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting critical deadlines
