The Role

As a Midwife within the Women's+ Service, you will provide high‑quality, woman‑centred antenatal care and support women and families through innovative midwifery‑led models of care, including outreach services.

Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, quality, clinically appropriate nursing and midwifery care in partnership with patients, families and health professionals.
- Support, educate and advocate for women and families, contributing to positive health outcomes.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and support staff professional development and career progression.

Essential Criteria





- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse and as a Registered Midwife.
- Holding a Working with Children Registration.

Salary & Benefits

Salary range as per Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023: $80,524 to $109,175 per annum (pro rata). 12% superannuation is included.

- Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type.
