Serco Australia is seeking a Program Facilitator to deliver therapeutic programs to small groups of prisoners, focusing on addressing violence, addiction and other offending behaviours, in collaboration with a co-facilitator.
You will have a degree in Psychology or Social Work and experience delivering group interventions in corrections; you will document progress and contribute to community safety within a supportive, diverse workplace.
