We are looking for individuals up for the challenge of a big venue and wanting to further their career with a progressive, locally owned company.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in role as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a similar high‑volume, quick paced restaurant.

Service is at the heart of everything you do – ensuring all operations are inline for smooth service and a memorable guest experience –this is a hands‑on service role

Ability to lead guests on their experience including table turns, managing guests’ expectations and inspiring staff with confidence.



Be able to hold down a section and show the team how it is done!

A genuinely charismatic, energetic personality with a desire to succeed and work for the business.

Ability to monitor employees for professionalism and presentation with performance management

A positive and respectful management style that will set the benchmark fora dynamic team, work with our people!

Excellent communication, multi‑tasking and problem‑solving skills

Must have a current WA RSA Certificate and full Australian working rights

Experience in training of staff in service delivery and motivating upselling of menu and beverage items.

Attention to detail is also important, an almost obsession with all touchpoints of the visitor experience as it relates to the restaurant, with the proactive nature required to make improvements as necessary.

Candidates must be available weekends & evenings as bulk of trade during this time!
