Night Duty – Permanent Part Time Registered Nurse at Bolton Clarke’s Tantula Rise Home located in Alexandra Headland on the Sunshine Coast.
Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care and service delivery for all residents.
- Provide safe and effective evidence-based care through assessing, planning, implementing, delivering and evaluating resident care in accordance with scope of practice and coordinated health and allied services care planning.
- Complete all required training.
- Collaborate with team members, residents, their families and visitors in a friendly, supportive manner.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Registered Nurse with experience in aged care highly regarded.
- Passion for the aged care industry.
- High level of written and verbal English skills.
- Willingness to apply for a National Police Check.
- Evidence of Australian work rights.
