About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Grafton team to provide positive experiences to young people. In this wide-ranging and flexible role, classified as Senior General Activities Officer under our Enterprise Agreement, you will be coaching and guiding young people, and:

- Provide customer service and administration duties
- Drive a team to deliver fun, interactive, engaging and safe activities and programs
- Program lessons

About You

Are you a passionate person and have flexibility to work afternoons and evenings, school holidays and weekends? As well as,

- Do you possess strong customer service and administration experience (desirable)?
- Do you have administration and computer system experience (desirable)?
- Do you have skills and experience in coordinating programs and coaching?
- Do you have a coaching accreditation or working towards attaining a coaching accreditation?
- Do you have a First Aid certification, CPR Certification and/or Cert 1 in Sports Management, Coaching or Gymnastics (desirable)?
- Are you a reliable and trustworthy person for the care of young people?
- Are you a positive role model, collaborative and team orientated?
- Do you have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills?
- Do you have experience in working with children, building relationships and customer service?
- Do you have the ability to obtain a compliant Working With Children Check and National Police Check?
