What you will do

- Provide comprehensive HR services to all staff groups ensuring an efficient and effective operational process.




- Advise and support managers and staff on complex employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and sickness absence.
- Play a key role in managing employee relations risk by offering expert ER advice.
- Develop strong and effective working relationships with different divisions and across the Trust.
- Positively influence patient and staff experiences through professional HR services.

Requirements

- Experience providing operational Human Resources services.
- Ability to advise and support managers and staff on complex employee relations matters.
- Strong knowledge of disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and sickness absence procedures.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships across multiple divisions and teams.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial for travel across Trust locations.
- HCPC registration is not required.
