Enoteca Lounge & Cucina is a contemporary Italian restaurant located in Adelaide SA, currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join their team.

The restaurant focuses on quality ingredients, seasonal produce and contemporary Italian dining.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of dishes in accordance with menu requirements and quality standards
- Assisting with menu planning and contributing to the development of seasonal dishes and specials
- Monitoring the quality of ingredients and prepared dishes to ensure consistency
- Maintaining high standards of food preparation, portion control and presentation
- Ensuring kitchen areas, equipment and food storage areas are kept clean, organised and compliant with food safety requirements
- Monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients correctly and assisting with ordering kitchen supplies
- Minimising food wastage through effective stock management and portion control




- Following workplace health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods

About You:

- At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Chef
- Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and commercial kitchen operations
- Ability to maintain consistent food quality in a fast-paced kitchen workplace
- Good understanding of food safety, sanitation and workplace hygiene requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining kitchen standards

Job Type: Permanent / Full-time

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per annum
