About the Role:

OurGympie Branch is looking for a Parts Interpreter! Join our dynamic team, with the opportunityto learn about all things John Deere. This fantastic opportunity would suit someone who has previously workedin a workshop or dealership environment in Parts or Stores.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Parts Interpreter, you will:

- Provide sales / parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees
- Prepare and order parts
- Perform inventory control / stock take
- Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
- Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

- Prior experience of Parts Interpretation in a trade, retail or similar environment (highly advantageous but not essential)
- Maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethic
- Excellent customer service and qualified presentation
- Intermediate MS Office skills & proficiency with parts interpretation software




- Attention to detail, and clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Forklift ticket (HIGHLY desired but not essential)
- Knowledge of Agricultural machinery is highly advantageous but not essential
- Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
- A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results

Saturday Roster:

We continue to support our customers on Saturdays, andyou will be included on a Saturday morning roster!
