The Bolton Clarke Residential group operates 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, including the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group. The Galleon Gardens site, located on beautifully landscaped acreage beside Currumbin Creek, offers high‑quality aged and dementia care in a friendly, secure and comfortable residential environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care.
- Assist with daily living functions to meet residents’ individual needs.
- Support residents as they age, helping them maintain independence and live with dignity, self‑determination and comfort.
- Assist residents with self‑care, safe mobility, transfers and complete required documentation.
- Deliver consumer‑focused care and service delivery for all residents.

Qualifications

- Cerificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent).
- Experience in Aged Care highly regarded.
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.).




- Willingness to complete a National Police Check and/or an NDIS Workers Check before commencement.

Galleon Gardens – Currumbin Creek, Queensland.
