An exciting leadership opportunity exists for an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of operations at a fast-paced poultry processing facility based in Osborne Park.
Reporting directly to the WA State Manager, this role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining production targets, and leading a large, diverse workforce in a high-volume environment.
This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and knows how to drive both people and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all site operations to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant production
- Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and production teams
- Drive productivity, output, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, quality, and hygiene standards
- Manage workforce planning, rostering, and labour efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to meet production targets
- Maintain a strong safety‑first culture across the site
- Collaborate with senior leadership on operational strategy and performance
About You
- Proven experience in a Site Manager / Operations Manager role within a fast‑paced production environment (food manufacturing highly regarded)
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing large teams
- Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑moving environment
- Commercially minded with a focus on performance and results
- Solid understanding of WHS, quality, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands‑on, resilient, and solutions‑focused
