Founded in 1979, Yarredi Services began operations as protected accommodation for women and children escaping domestic and family violence. Currently the organisation offers service to women and children affected by, or at risk from, domestic and family violence. These services include:

- Specialist domestic and family violence counselling utilising a case management framework;
- Therapeutic Children’s Wellbeing Program;
- Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme;
- Safe At Home Program;
- Women's Wellbeing Program;
- The Teenage Girls Program.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for efficient and effective management and administration of all aspects of the organisation including planning, financial management, reporting and staff supervision. The position has the day-to-day responsibility and accountability of the organisation through implementing the broad direction of the organisation's Strategic Plan and ensuring service delivery continues to meet the expectations and needs of our clients.
